Perspective. It’s why we travel. Discovering another viewpoint gives us an opportunity to be informed about the world around us and learn about ourselves. New perspectives bring fresh insights, so we’re excited to host an explorer who has seen the Earth from a different view. Dr. Kathy Sullivan, the first American woman to walk in space. A doctor of geology and a 2004 inductee into the Astronaut Hall of Fame, Dr. Sullivan will be sharing her remarkable point of view on two upcoming Hurtigruten cruises, one along the stunning coast of Norway and another to remote Antarctica. Along with fascinating destinations and memorable excursions, each cruise features four lectures with Dr. Sullivan on subjects such as living in space, the future of the Arctic, and the dawning of a new space age.
Join us for this webinar to:
– Meet Dr. Kathy Sullivan, retired US Astronaut and modern-day explorer
– Hear about the highlights of the Norwegian Coastal Cruise
